The municipal neighborhood is unsafe at night!!! Lack of air conditioning makes summer unbearable!!! Room cleanliness needs serious attention, dirty towels are unacceptable!!! Overcrowding during breakfast hours creates chaos!!!

    excellent location

Breaking it down, plain and simple

Excellent location near transport hubs makes exploration easy. I was blown away by the fine panoramic views from my room. Though lacking some modernity, the spacious single room provided a cozy refuge after the day's adventures. The breakfast options were a pleasant surprise, keeping me energized for city exploration!

Convenient location, breakfast decent, but compared to last year, has become worse.

The room has an unpleasant smell, not very good cleaning.

    view

It was just a well-suited match for a weekend escape in Vilnius with best value. The view from the 5th floor was a highlight, especially during sunset. Try to get a room away from the tour bus waiting area to avoid noise at night.

Everything was good, so were amazing views to Old City. The beds were exceptionally comfortable and the guest room itself was quiet and tastefully decorated. The location couldn't be more marvellous and excellent close to the town center.

    friendly staff
    varied breakfast
    street noise
    lack of air conditioning
    nighttime discomfort

Comfortable accommodations provided a relaxing stay. Guided by a friendly staff, the breakfast offered a great variety, including warm dishes that fueled the day. While the location was convenient, street noise at night was an issue. The absence of air conditioning during warmer nights could be uncomfortable for some guests.

The location was good, about a 5 minute walk from the Market Square - although as the hotel was by the main bus and train station there were a few dubious characters outside late at night. Breakfast was excellent with a very varied spead of hot and cold food available.

The water in my room was hot at first, but on the 2nd day went cold. When I mentioned this to reception, they stated this was a problem throughout the hotel due to a large number of guests checking in that morning who had all had a shower and used up all the hot water. I was told it would be hot again by the morning. It wasn't!

When I checked in the hotel reception was really kind and friendly (only men, not women). They gave me the room at about 7am, which was even bigger than I expected. I was really relaxed in that room. Breakfast buffet was fantastic and the restaurant for dinner was quite good. Great location just next to central station

There wasn't airconditioning. A woman at the reception was absolutely unfriendly. The hotel is a bit old I suppose...
